Although we offer many products and our vendors provide excellent warranties, on occasion something does not go right. We prefer that you call or email us for help so that we are able to ensure a smooth transaction. We carefully select the product lines we offer.  We want our products to be of superior quality so that the warranty issues will be minimal and so that you can buy with confidence!!
 
If you select the wrong item and are forced to return it there is a 20% restocking charge and shipping is not refundable. We do not offer refunds, only exchange of merchandise. So please shop carefully and ask us for assistance. If the wrong part is a fault on our end there will not be a restocking fee and we will pick up shipping costs for return item.
